The PTI leader argued, which was sent through Salman Akram Raja, that the Islamabad High Court (IHC), which has constitutional authority, cannot review any affidavit issued by Imran Khan as he has already rejected the National Resigned from the assembly.
Hearing will be held again on Thursday
He said that the same problem was raised in the Abdul Wahab Baloch case, in which four judges of the Islamabad High Court, including the current Chief Justice Ameer Farooq, recused themselves from hearing the case. The hearing of the case will resume on Thursday in the Islamabad High Court. Imran was challenged in 2018 for failing to list Tyrion White as his daughter on his nomination paper.
Meanwhile, everyone is shocked by the attack on the mosque in Peshawar. Pakistani officials have repeatedly claimed that Afghan soil has been used against their country’s security, but Taliban officials have rejected such claims.
