Hafiz Saeez’s brother-in-law Abdul Rehman Makki declared Global Terrorist, UNSC approved

Abdul Rehman Makki, who promotes terror from Pakistan, has been declared a Global Terrorist. The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) took the decision to designate Makki under its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaeda Sanctions Committee. According to the US State Department, in 2020, a Pakistani anti-terrorism court convicted Makki in a terrorism financing case and sentenced him to prison. At the same time, China has put obstacles in the list of terrorists especially from Pakistan. It had repeatedly blocked proposals to nominate Maulana Masood Azhar, chief of Pakistan-based and UN-sanctioned terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. Although India was successful in this too.
