India’s fugitive and wanted gangster jayesh ranpariya Will now be brought to India. A London court on Thursday ordered Jayesh Ranpariya alias Jayesh Patel to be extradited to India. ranpariya since 2018 was hiding in Britain But,interpol took him into custody in 2021
According to the report of the Indian Express, a London court, while giving its verdict after hearing the case on Thursday, said that there are cases registered against Ranpariya in Gujarat, so his custody is needed there. The court has sent the matter to the UK government for further processing.

Interpol detained Ranpariya from Croydon in London in the year 2021 and then Westminster Court sent him to Wandsworth Jail. The Magistrate Court then refused to extradite Ranpariya to India. After which the matter reached the London court.
What did the Gujarat police say on the decision of the court?
On the order to extradite Ranpariya to India, Gujarat ATS DIG Deepan Bhadran told The Indian Express that this is an important victory to bring the gangster back to the dock. He said that this is the first time that the UK court has given a favorable verdict in the case of demand for extradition of a wanted person in Gujarat.

After the decision of the London court, it is considered almost certain to bring Jayesh Ranpariya to India. Deepan Bhadran further said that usually the British government does not go against the decision of the court regarding extradition.
What is the whole matter?
The Gujarat Police had demanded the extradition of Jayesh Ranpariya from the London court for hearing four serious criminal cases. Jayesh has been accused of killing lawyer Kirit Joshi, builder Jaisukh Pedhadia and Girish Der by shooting him dead. After the allegation, Jayesh started fearing arrest, after which he ran away.
