The Taliban has released a 25-year-old pregnant American woman. Now this woman is returning to America from Afghanistan. The name of this woman is being told as Nasaria and US Representative Darrell Isa from California has confirmed this by issuing a press release.
For the past several weeks, this woman was trapped in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Issa has said, ‘It is the result of many weeks of hard work and mutual cooperation that Nasaria is finally returning home.’ The campaign to bring Nasaria back from Isa’s office started when her friends and close friends were constantly appealing to Darrell Isa’s office.
Why did you go to Afghanistan
In an interview with Fox News earlier this month, Issa said that the Taliban militants had kicked Nasaria in the stomach. In the words of Issa, ‘the Taliban had beaten him badly and kicked him in the stomach. She was hiding for the last several days to save her life. Nasaria arrived in Afghanistan in June to get married and meet her family. The Taliban captured Kabul on 15 August and Nasaria was trapped here. He told in an interview given to the Voice of America that the Taliban are looking for Americans.
Nasaria had said, ‘I think every day, will I ever be able to go home? Will I die here and what will happen next? Perhaps they are knocking on the door of every house and checking if anyone has a blue passport. Nasaria was one of hundreds of American citizens who wanted to get out of Kabul by any means possible.
Every American country will return
Ever since the Taliban captured Kabul, they have been targeting Americans. Nasaria is currently pregnant and in such a situation, concerns about her safety had increased.
It has been said from Isa’s office that Nasaria’s husband will remain in Afghanistan. Issa said, ‘We will continue to help rescue American citizens trapped in Afghanistan 24 hours a day. Until our community comes to their country and becomes with their family members, nothing will stop.
Meanwhile, the interim mayor of Afghanistan’s capital Kabul has said that the country’s new Taliban rulers have ordered many female employees of the city to stay at home.
