But regarding this feature, it is advised that before using the immersive view feature of Google Maps, connect the phone or your device to Wi-Fi. A post on Reddit has revealed that using the Immersive View feature for 30 minutes consumed 2GB of data, so if you have limited mobile data, then you should use this feature only on Wi-Fi.
