Retirement of 3 Indian players
3 players of India said goodbye to cricket this year. Suresh Raina announced his retirement from all formats of cricket on 6 September. Although he retired from international cricket along with MS Dhoni on 15 August 2020, but this year he retired from all formats. That is, along with franchise cricket, he said goodbye to domestic cricket as well. A week after the announcement of Raina’s retirement i.e. on September 14, Robin Uthappa also said goodbye to all formats of Indian cricket. While a few days before Raina and Uthappa, Indian leg-spinner Rahul Sharma had said goodbye to international and first class cricket.
