Ravindra Jadeja broke all records by scoring 37 runs in the last over of the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.  After hitting consecutive sixes in the first three balls of the over, he also hit a six off the no ball.  The fourth ball remained empty.  After this, he also hit a six on the fifth ball.  After this, he hit a four on the last ball of the over.  It equaled the costliest over in the history of IPL.

In addition to eight long sixes in his innings, Pollard also hit six fours.  He also took two important wickets for just 12 runs in two overs.  He completed the fastest half-century of the current season in just 17 balls.
