T20 World Cup – 8 bowlers including Harshal Patel joined the Indian team as net bowlers
For the T20 World Cup 2021, Team India made a big change in their squad at the last minute. The Indian selectors removed Axar Patel from the main team and included him in the standby players, while Shardul Thakur got a chance in his place. Shardul Thakur performed brilliantly in IPL 2021 and apart from this, he also bats well in the lower order, due to which he has got a chance in Team India. On the other hand Axar Patel has also bowled well in the IPL but he failed with the bat and due to this he was discharged from the Indian squad. By the way, 8 other players have been added to the Indian team for the T20 World Cup, who will prepare for the victory of legends like Virat-Rohit. The Indian team has given entry to 6 bowlers and 2 all-rounders in the team bubble for the T20 World Cup.
Harshal Patel will also accompany the Indian team during the T20 World Cup. This right-arm fast bowler has taken the maximum 32 wickets in IPL 2021. Harshal Patel’s slow balls will further strengthen the preparations of the Indian batsmen.
Delhi Capitals fast bowler Avesh Khan will also join Team India as a net bowler. Avesh Khan has so far taken 23 wickets in IPL 2021. Their fast pace bouncers and yorkers will test the Indian batsmen in the nets.
Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Umran Malik has also been added as a net bowler with Team India. Umran Malik got a chance to play in 3 matches in which this fast bowler took 2 wickets but his pace impressed everyone a lot. Umran Malik covered 154 kms. An hourly speed ball was also thrown. Virat Kohli has also become a fan of the speed of this fast bowler.

Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer has also been linked with Team India. Although Venkatesh Iyer won the hearts of people in IPL 2021 with his bat, but his bowling is also sharp. Apart from this, if an all-rounder gets hurt during the T20 World Cup, then this player can also take his place.
Chennai Super Kings spinner Karn Sharma, Krishnappa Gautam have also been added as net bowlers with Team India. Both these players were not seen playing in the UAE leg of the IPL, but Karn and Krishnappa, considered T20 specialists, can contribute significantly to the preparations of the Indian team.
Royal Challengers Bangalore’s left-arm spinner Shahbaz Ahmed has also been added to Team India as a net bowler. Shahbad bowls excellent spin. Shahbaz took 7 wickets in 11 matches this season and his economy rate was only 6.57.
