Pakistani veteran Abdul Razzaq has even said that Bumrah is not even close to Shaheen. Bumrah took 128 wickets in 30 Tests, 121 in 72 ODIs and 70 wickets in 60 T20 matches. Shaheen has 99 wickets in 25 Tests, 62 wickets in 32 ODIs and 58 wickets in 47 T20s.

In an interview, former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq was asked about the better of the two bowlers. Razzaq said that Shaheen is better, Bumrah is not even near him. Razzaq was also asked to name a better bowler among Naseem Shah, Haris Rauf and Shaheen. He said that all three are better.
