Jos Buttler batted with a bang this season and he was also successful in winning the Orange Cap. On the basis of his performance, the team of Rajasthan Royals was successful in making it to the final in IPL-2022.
The 15th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) ended on Sunday. Gujarat Titans won the title in their first season by defeating Rajasthan Royals. His second title has not come in Rajasthan’s part. However, this season was much better for Rajasthan than before as this team ended its 14-year drought and made it to the finals. Rajasthan had stepped into the final for the first time in the first season of IPL i.e. in 2008 and won, but after that the team could not go to the final. This year, however, its drought ended and Rajasthan made it to the finals. Its opener Jos Buttler played an important role in bringing Rajasthan to this point.
Butler showed a strong game in this season and scored the most runs. He became the owner of the Orange Cap. Butler scored 863 runs in IPL-2022 which included four centuries. He is jointly at No. 1 with Virat Kohli in terms of scoring the most centuries in a season. Now Butler has remembered his IPL journey. He is happy with his journey but he also has some disappointment.

memorable season
Butler said that it has been a memorable season for him. He said, “It was a wonderful season, played in good spirit and it was a lot of fun. I am very happy with what I have achieved personally. Also I want to thank all the people who helped me in this tournament. We will try to go a step further next year. Thank you to those who have participated in this wonderful IPL and also congratulations to Gujarat Titans.
