New Delhi. Now less than a week is left for IPL 2023 to start. On March 31, the opening match will be played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings. Before this match, former Chennai player Matthew Hayden has warned CSK. He warned that captain MS Dhoni’s number 41 should not become a headache for the team. Talking to Star Sports, he described CSK as daddy’s army.
CSK won the IPL title 4 times under Dhoni’s captaincy. It is believed that this is his last IPL, but his old enthusiasm for the victory of the team remains intact. Seeing his enthusiasm, it is often said that age is just a number. Dhoni is now 41 years old and Hayden feels that his age should not become a problem for the team.

Team needs as a player
Hayden says that Dhoni and Ambati Rayudu are too old and they are needed here as players and not as leaders. Now the team will get the benefit of the experience of both those players or they are going to be a problem for the team. The last season of IPL was very bad for CSK. The team finished 9th out of 10 teams.
big names in the team
CSK started their campaign last season under the captaincy of Ravindra Jadeja, but in the middle of the season, they returned the captaincy to MS Dhoni, but by then it was too late. Now in the season of IPL, the franchisee also has some big names. Ben Stokes will be seen playing for Chennai.
