On Saturday, there were reports of 10 ground workers of Wankhede Stadium being infected with Corona virus on Saturday, but most of them have recovered from this disease.
Apart from these, 14 employees of Star Sports staying in a five star hotel in Mumbai have been caught in the corona infection. The Maharashtra government had approved its event despite weekend lockdown provisions and night curfew in the city. The government has also allowed the teams to travel from their respective hotels after eight o’clock and practice in the stadium during the night curfew.
