The five-match T20 series between India and South Africa has started. The special thing about this series is that some of its matches are being held in those stadiums, where only a few matches were played in the last few years, due to which there is a lot of enthusiasm about it. The first match of the series was in Delhi on Thursday 9 June and in which India had to face defeat. For this match too, the stadium was almost completely filled in the heat of Delhi. After Delhi, the next match is to be played in Cuttack T20I in Odisha on June 12 and here too there is craze, restlessness and impatient fans about this match. This is the reason why there is a competition to get tickets. The same race turned into chaos on Thursday, where some women were beaten up and the police had to lathi-charge.
The sale of tickets for the T20 match to be played on Sunday 12 June at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack is going on. Even on Thursday, there was a long queue outside the stadium for tickets even in the scorching sun and during this time the problem of system arose, due to which the police also had to use some force. A senior official gave this information. He said that some women came ahead of the row, causing a ruckus over the sale of tickets, after which the police had to resort to mild lathi-charge.
violence between women
Videos of this incident also surfaced on social media, in which a huge crowd is seen outside Barabati Stadium. Two or three women suddenly clashed with each other in this row selling tickets for female spectators, which shocked everyone and created a ruckus. During this, policemen were also seen getting these women freed. The video of this incident is becoming very viral.

12 thousand tickets, 40 thousand willing
At the same time, about the incident, the police said that more interested were present than the number of tickets. About 40,000 people were present at the counter while 12,000 tickets were on sale, news agency PTI quoted Additional District Police Commissioner Pramod Rath as saying. During this, the police had to use mild force so that the process of ticket sales could go smoothly.
First match after 2019
After about two and a half years, there is going to be an international match in Cuttack. The last match here was in December 2019 between India and West Indies. In that ODI match, India won the target of 316 runs. At the same time, the last T20 match in Cuttack was held in 2017. Clearly the fans of Cuttack are excited to see Team India after a long time.
