Next strategy made in the dressing room of Pakistan after defeating India
Pakistan’s victory over India in T20 World Cup 2021 is huge in every respect. This victory is big because Pakistan has defeated India for the first time in the ICC World Cup. This victory is big because what no other Pakistani captain has done till date, Babar Azam has done it. This victory is big as Pakistan has become the first team to beat India in T20 International by 10 wickets. But, despite being equipped with all these qualities, Pakistan has not celebrated this victory over India in its dressing room.
In the video that has surfaced from Pakistan’s dressing room, Pakistani players are seen doing something else, not celebrating India’s defeat. Pak team players, coaches, support staff were all present in the dressing room. But that happiness, that celebration was missing which should have been seen on the face of this Pakistan team after defeating India. It should have been about defeating India on the stage of the World Cup for the first time.
Didn’t celebrate in the dressing room, something else happened
In the video of Pakistan’s dressing room that has surfaced, instead of celebrating India’s defeat, the players were seen planning ahead. This video was shared by the Twitter handle of Pakistan Cricket, in which the captain and coach were seen addressing the team and talking about the game plan ahead.

Our focus is to win the World Cup: Babar
As is clearly visible in this video, first captain Babar Azam addressed the team. He said that after the victory over India, we do not have to lose our senses. Because, only one match has been won. Work not completed. We have to maintain confidence. But don’t be a victim of overconfidence. We don’t have to roam, we have to roam. Our focus is to win the World Cup, which we will all win by enjoying our game.
What is left has to be completed – Saqlain
After the captain Babar Azam, the head coach of the team Saqlain Mushtaq also said two words to the team. He first applauded for the playing XI and support staff who defeated India. After that he said that what happened has to be forgotten now. Now we have to do what is left. The rest of the teams will plan against us with the same thinking and we have to be ready for that.
