Mumbai: Like IPL, Mumbai Indians have also shown their dominance in Women’s Premier League (WPL). The women’s team of Mumbai Indians, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, has made it to the qualifiers by winning five consecutive matches. This team has become the first team to reach the qualifiers of WPL. The men’s team of Mumbai Indians has the maximum number of IPL titles. The women’s team would also like to follow the same path. IPL will start after the women’s league and before that two players of Mumbai Indians have praised the great game of the women’s team. These two players are Ishan Kishan and Cameron Green.
Ishan Kishan and Cameron Green held a mock press conference celebrating the winning run of the Mumbai Indians women’s team. The video of this conference has been shared on WPL’s Twitter in which Green asks questions and Ishan Kishan answers. A three-match ODI series of three matches is to be played between India and Australia, which is starting from 17 March. While Green is part of the Australian team for this series, Ishan is part of the Indian team.

In this conference, Green asks his Mumbai Indians teammate Ishan Kishan who are his top-3 players. In response, Ishan says, “I like it. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Yastika Bhatia, Psych Ishaq.”
Ishan also praised the fans of Mumbai Indians and said, “Mumbai Indians fans always come and cheer us. Especially, when we are doing well in WPL. We have won all the matches so far. So the spectators will be very happy. They will all be excited to cheer for our team. They all want to see us in the final and these people will be there to cheer us on.”
