For this reason, he has been away from cricket for a long time. Pant is currently focusing on his recovery. He is constantly trying to get better. A few days back, Pant had posted some pictures of him walking with the help of crutches. Now Pant has posted a video which shows that Pant’s condition is slowly improving.
Pant was going to his home from Delhi on the occasion of New Year when his speeding car climbed the divider on the Delhi-Dehradun highway and overturned. Pant had suffered a lot of injuries in this accident. But the biggest injury was to his ligament, for which he also underwent surgery. Now he is in the process of recovering from it.

steps in swimming pool
In the recent video posted by Pant, he is in the swimming pool. He is walking slowly in the pool with a crutch in one hand. With this video, Pant wrote the caption, “Grateful for the little things, the big things and what I got in between.” Pant has also put a photo of him walking in the pool on his instastory and has written, one step at a time.
This can be a part of Pant’s recovery process. Pant is having trouble walking, so this can be an exercise to increase the movement of his legs. Pant will slowly return to his old color while practicing but it will take him a long time.

Pant could not play in the recent Border-Gavaskar Trophy due to this injury. Due to this, he will not be able to play in IPL-2023 as well. Delhi Capitals have suffered a setback due to his absence.
