Defending champions Gujarat Titans ‘trade’ New Zealand pacer Lockie Ferguson and Afghanistan wicket-keeper batsman Rahmanullah Gurbaz to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) season. (PTI)
Ferguson was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 10 crore in the IPL auction held earlier this year. This New Zealand player played 13 matches for the team and took 12 wickets, including taking four wickets once. The fast bowler has previously represented the two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders from 2017 to 2021. (KKR Twitter)
