Babar’s status is falling
Apart from Babar, Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik were also included. Talking about the performance of Babar Azam, runs are continuously coming out of his bat. In the first Test match against New Zealand, he played a brilliant inning of 161 runs. Before that, he had scored 136, 4, 75, 1, 78 and 54 in the Test series against England. Despite this, his status in Pakistan cricket seems to be falling.
Babar is not getting attention
There are also reports that the captaincy can be taken away from Babar. Recently, Pakistan’s ODI team against New Zealand was announced. Where Shan Masood was appointed as the vice-captain and Babar was not even aware of it. According to Pakistani media, Babar had also asked a member of the selection committee about this, but the member said that he too was not aware of it.
