991 players wrote their names for IPL auction, know how many contenders from which country

More than 50 players from Australia and South Africa have registered their names, while 20 players from associate teams will also try their luck in the auction this time.

IPL 2023 mini auction will be held on December 23

Even though there is still a long time in the Indian Premier League 2023 season, the mini auction for the tournament is not far away. The players’ auction is to be held in Kochi on 23rd of this month. Which players will be selected, how many players will shine, it will be decided only on 23rd. At present, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has told that about one thousand players from all over the world, including India, have registered their names for this auction, including 277 foreign players.

Before the auction of the IPL 2023 season, by November 15, all 10 franchises had released their respective list of retained and released players. In this, some teams had released more than half the players, while some had returned only a few players. On this basis, auction will now be held for the remaining places, but for this also 991 players are presenting their claim.
