The company performed as expected on the revenue and margin front for the quarter ended March 2022. However, the company’s performance in the fourth quarter was weak as compared to the third quarter. The reason for this was that during this time the company emphasized on A2P messaging by running many promotion campaigns. During this, the Wisely platform went live, due to which the company’s revenue is expected to jump in the next financial year. The company is the leader in the CPaaS space in the country and is growing faster than the industry.
Revenue declined on a quarterly basis due to softness in the enterprise business, but was offset by a 4.4 per cent jump in the platform’s performance. The launch of the Wisely platform is expected to further accelerate the company’s platform business (Trubloq). Two deals on this platform ((Vodafone Idea and Truecaller Business Messaging Partnership) have stabilized revenues. The company’s EBITDA declined by 9.2% over the previous quarter while profit declined by 11% on a quarterly basis.
At 9:45 am, the company’s stock was trading at Rs 1205.30, down 4.11 per cent. The 52-week high of this stock on the BSE is Rs 2096 and the lowest level is Rs 735.
