All political parties are eyeing the 2022 assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh. After all, why not, the state with the highest number of assembly seats is UP. In such a situation, where big political parties have laid their chessboard, while Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has made up its mind to field it alone. Lok Janshakti Party’s (LJP) Bihar State Spokesperson Chandan Singh said that in the UP assembly elections, the party will contest all the seats alone without an alliance.
Singh said that National President Chirag Paswan held a detailed discussion on this issue in New Delhi with UP state president Mani Shankar Pandey, state executive members, all district presidents and party workers in New Delhi, Singh said.
He said that in this important meeting, after the consensus of all the office bearers and workers of the state, it was decided that the party would enter the election field alone without an alliance. The state spokesperson claimed that the organizational structure of the party in Uttar Pradesh is very strong. There were half a dozen MLAs of the party in the last assembly.
BJP on target of lamp in UP
Nitish Kumar and his JDU were the target of the lamp in Bihar, but in UP the situation will be completely opposite. Here the target of the lamp will be BJP. Recently, Chirag, who went on a visit to Bareilly, had also targeted the Modi government at the Center and the Yogi government of the state, while telling about the party’s preparations for the assembly elections. Chirag had said that UP is behind in terms of education and employment in the state. The youth here have to go out and they also have to be insulted outside. Discrimination is happening even today on the basis of religion and caste. He says that these issues will remain in the vision document of the UP elections.
Fought alone in the assembly elections of Bihar
Let us tell you, LJP had also contested the Bihar assembly elections alone. He had parted ways with the NDA just before the elections. As a result, the LJP had won only the Matihani seat of Begusarai. From here Rajkumar Singh of LJP had won. After some time Rajkumar had joined JDU. After this, the Speaker of the Bihar Assembly had given recognition to the merger of the LJP legislature party with the JDU. Now it has to be seen whether walking alone this time gives the destination or not.
