While PM Modi held a public meeting in Patiali, Kasganj, Amit Shah was present in Bareilly. Along with Kasganj, CM Yogi also held public meetings in Shahjahanpur and Badaun. BJP State President Swatantra Dev Singh, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and other leaders are also holding public meetings. On the other hand, SP President Akhilesh Yadav held an election meeting in Rampur. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra put her point among the public by holding a virtual rally and asked for votes for the candidates.

More than 73 crore rupees recovered after the implementation of the code of conduct
According to Amar Ujala’s report, 73 crore 42 lakh rupees have been recovered so far after the implementation of the ideal election code. Along with this, illegal liquor worth Rs 39 crore 58 lakh and narcotic substances worth Rs 36 crore 47 lakh have also been recovered. So far more than 1200 FIRs have been registered in violation of the code of conduct.
