Male wrestlers won seven medals

India ended its campaign in the men’s freestyle event with six medals, including a silver. Ravinder missed out on the gold medal in the 61 kg weight category. He had to be content with the silver medal. Ravinder had to face defeat against the Iranian wrestler in the final. On the other hand, Yash (74 kg), Prithvi Patil (92 kg) and Anirudh (125 kg) took bronze medals taking full advantage of repesh.
