Trinidad and Tobago’s 2012 Olympic champion Keshorn Walcott finished second with 86.64m while Peters finished third with a best effort of 84.75m. Neeraj had earlier won the silver medal with an effort of 89.30m at the Pavo Nurmi Games in Turku, Finland.
Now Neeraj Chopra will enter the Diamond League to be held in Stockholm on June 30. Neeraj Chopra was training for these games in Finland since last month. Now after the golden victory in Kuortane Games, he will enter this competition with great confidence.
