Case registered under section 380 of IPC
After getting information about the theft, the boy’s father lodged a complaint at Khadak Police Station on Tuesday. The police have registered a case against the minor under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The minor was taken into custody for investigation
Police sub-inspector RS Bumble, who is probing the case, said that they have detained the accused minor for investigation. According to Bumble, “The complainant is the father of the accused boy and works in a private company in Chakan area. RS Bumble said that further investigation is on.
6 people including railway employees arrested in rape case
