Under this program, the Narendra Modi government at the Center has set a target to prepare a digital record of all the land in the country by the year 2023. If the government fulfills its target on time, then by March 2023, all the land records of the country will be digitally saved. After creating a digital record of each land, a 14-digit unique registered number i.e. ULPIN number will be issued. This number is also being called the Aadhaar number of the land.

Land measurement will be done by drone
Through this program, the government will measure your land with the help of a drone, so there will be no fear of any disturbance in the measurement of land. The more your land remains, the more will be recorded in the records. Apart from this, if your land is divided, then different ULPIN numbers will be issued for all the people who will get the land in their share.
There will be facility in the purchase and sale of land
With this, there will be a lot of convenience in the purchase and sale of land. Actually, while buying land, you will get all the more accurate information about the person selling and his land through the ULPIN number. The special thing is that this facility will be available in the whole country. Apart from this, with the help of ULPIN number, you will be able to go to your nearest CSC and get all the necessary information about your land.
