Another way is to make a complaint through the FASTag portal of the banks. A separate arrangement has also been made for FASTag in the Paytm app. You also have to register on the FASTag portal through OTP. Here you have to create User ID Password. There is a lot of information related to your fastag on this portal. Like how much balance is in your fastag, when and where was the last transaction. Each portal has a separate section for making complaints. If there is no separate complaint system for this on any portal, then you will get this option by clicking on the transaction in it.
