Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to launch the GatiShakti National Master Plan on 13 October. It will be a completely digital platform on which 16 ministries will come together. The ministries of rail and road transport are the most important in this. From planning to implementation of all types of projects, information will be available on this digital platform. This masterplan is being announced to increase multi-nodal connectivity between different economic zones in the country.

Under this masterplan, 16 ministries or their related departments will come together and all their projects will be seen in digital mode. The project of Gatishakti Mastplan is to be completed by 2024-25. All information related to high resolution satellite images, infrastructure, utilities, land and logistics will be available on this digital platform. Information about the work and decisions related to administration will also be available on this platform. 100 lakh crore is likely to be spent on this scheme.

Actually, PM GatiShakti National Master Plan is the National Infrastructure Master Plan in which development works will be promoted in every sector. This will strengthen the economy of the country. In the master plan, India’s indigenous products have to be given an important place on the global stage. Proceeding on the mantra of ‘Local for Vocal’, the businessmen of India will be able to compete with the companies of the world. When the work increases at this level, many more economic zones will open in the country.

Benefit from Gati Shakti Masterplan

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the GatiShakti National Master Plan on the occasion of Independence Day this year. The objective of Gati Shakti Yojana is to bring 16 ministries, including seven infrastructure sectors, on a single platform, so that different ministries can be coordinated in the preparation of projects. With this, measures will be taken to avoid duplication in the same work at the right time, speedy approval of programs and rectification of lapses.

The digital platform of PM GatiShakti National Master Plan will give immediate information to the ministries and departments for better coordination. This masterplan will focus on three types of tasks. To provide better connectivity to deliver essential services to the people, to set priorities in a better way and to resolve the issues related to approval in government works. Gati Shakti Master Plan will help in cutting down on logistics cost and improve supply chain. With this, Indian products will be made more competitive in the market of the country and the world.

what will change

PM GatiShakti National Master Plan will increase employment opportunities for lakhs of youth of the country. This is a master plan for the entire country, which will strengthen the foundation of infrastructure. Under this scheme, many economic zones will be built in the country in future. The government says that through this scheme the unemployment rate in the country can also be reduced because this scheme will provide employment opportunities. Gati Shakti Yojana will help in promoting products made in the country.

This will give a boost to the ‘Make in India’ product and also give impetus to the campaign of ‘Vocal for Loker’. This scheme will prove to be effective to give a boost to the small, small and cottage industries of the country. Under this scheme, 75 Vande Bharat trains will be run in different parts of the country in 75 weeks. Preparations have been made to facilitate the people by bringing all the means of transport on the digital platform.
