Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a cautionary advisory regarding the substantial to extremely intense rainfall across numerous states on Monday, September 3rd. As per the forecast, regions including the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana should anticipate significant to exceptionally heavy rainfall on Monday.
Substantial rainfall alerts have been issued for Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Karnataka. The IMD has also declared an orange alert for various areas within Telangana on Monday. There is a probability of isolated to scattered rain and thunderstorms occurring in Ladakh, Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, and Assam.
