Violence of violence continues in West Bengal (West Bengal Assembly election 2021) after the assembly election results. The BJP accused the TMC of continuing attacks, arson, looting on BJP workers, their homes and offices. The party claimed that 9 workers died in the violence 48 hours after the election results. The BJP has announced a sit-in on May 5 against the violence across the country. Today, BJP National President JP Nadda will also meet the aggrieved workers.
The violence after the election results are being condemned all over the country. Now the CPI (M) and Congress have also expressed their concern over this violence and demanded action. On Monday, a day after the results of the assembly elections in the state witnessed widespread violence, in which several BJP workers were killed and many were injured when they allegedly clashed and looted shops. The Union Home Ministry has sought a factual report from the state government in the incident of the attack on opposition activists.
Sitaram Yucherry said- it is condemnable
CPI (M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury wrote: ‘Are the reports of violence in Bengal a celebration of their victory? It is condemnable. It should be opposed. Instead of combating the corona infection, TMC is involved in these activities. CPIM is always present to help people.
Are these reports of gruesome violence in Bengal TMC’s ‘victory celebrations’?Condemnable.
Will be resisted & rebuffed.
Instead of focusing on combating the pandemic TMC unleashes such mayhem.

Congress leader Jitin Prasad tweeted, “The violence being perpetrated by TMC on Congress workers after the election is unacceptable. Children and women are also not being left out. I am certain that the people of Bengal have not voted for this anarchy. “
The post poll violence that has been unleashed by the TMC on the Congress workers is unacceptable. Even women and children are not spared. I’m sure the people of West Bengal did not vote for this lawlessness.
