Dr. Vohra said that in this era of corona, the importance of mental health has increased 10 times more than normal times. Dr. told that in this period of trouble, just as people are taking measures to strengthen their immunity and maintain physical health, in the same way people should also take measures to maintain their mental health better. He said that people should take 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night. Physical exercise is very important to improve mental health. Apart from this, people should make a time table at such a time as to what work they have to do on a given day. Dr. Vohra told that it is very important for mental hygiene that you should stay away from bad news related to corona.
