DGCA took this incident seriously
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has taken this incident seriously and issued a joint SOP warning of strict action against negligent operators and responsible operational personnel. DGCA has said in the statement that keeping in view such operations, an advisory is being issued to all operators for strict compliance of safety standards. DGCA said that strict action will be taken against the operational personnel responsible for this incident.
DGCA engaged in investigation of the case
DGCA has now started investigating this matter. DGCA has said that a guideline has been issued for operating aircraft in Kedar Valley. Aircraft can be operated only according to these guidelines. Whoever violates these rules, appropriate action will be taken against him. The DGCA has said in the SOP that the pilots flying on the Char Dham routes should be adequately qualified.
