Uttarakhand (Uttarakhand) 25 people died tragically in a bus accident in Uttarkashi this evening. Was carrying 28 pilgrims from Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. MP Chief Minister Shivraj Chauhan has expressed grief after the accident. Now news is being received that CM Shivraj will leave for Uttarakhand at night itself. Local minister Brajendra Pratap Singh and four senior officials will also accompany CM Shivraj. CM will monitor the arrangements for rescue and injured in Dehradun at night. After this, he will leave by helicopter for Uttarkashi district as soon as morning.
CM Shivraj Singh has tweeted and said, “The death of pilgrims of Panna district of Madhya Pradesh after a bus going to Yamunotri Dham on pilgrimage to Chardham in Uttarakhand fell into a gorge. May God give peace to the departed souls and give strength to the bereaved family members to bear the loss.

In another tweet, CM Shivraj Singh said, “Me and my team are in constant touch with Uttarakhand government and local district administration. Arrangements are being made to treat the injured and bring the dead bodies to Madhya Pradesh. The family should not feel alone in this hour of grief, we are with all the bereaved families.

How did the accident happen?
A bus carrying 28 pilgrims from Panna district of Madhya Pradesh fell into a gorge near Damta in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. So far 22 people have died in this accident, while 6 people are seriously injured, who have been admitted to the local hospital. Police and SDRF teams have reached the spot and are engaged in relief work. .
