The country’s concern is increasing the speed of Corona
Corona cases are coming fast once again in Uttarakhand. 52 girl students of GGIC have been found corona positive in Betalghat area of Nainital. Let us tell you that earlier 93 students were found corona positive in Pal Nursing College, Haldwani. Let us inform that during the last one week, there has been an increase of 800 percent in the cases of corona in Uttarakhand.
On Friday, 814 new corona positive patients were found in the state. It is a matter of relief that no patient died on Friday. Most of the cases are coming from Dehradun. So far, a total of 3,47,912 cases of corona have been reported. Of these, 3,31,903 patients have become healthy. The recovery rate is 95.40%. The death toll from Corona in the state has reached 7,423. The corona death rate in Uttarakhand is 2.15%.
State government increased strictness
On Wednesday, the state government has increased the night curfew, making changes in the Corona guidelines. At the same time, State Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj has also been found to be Corona positive. The Chief Secretary said in the meeting with the officers that to prevent COVID infection, compliance of COVID friendly behavior should be ensured.
Public awareness should be spread to constantly wear masks and maintain social distance in the general public, as well as action should be taken against those who do not wear masks in public places. He instructed that along with increasing the testing, data should be uploaded regularly, so that the situation can be estimated correctly.
All schools will remain closed till January 16

School schools, Anganwadi centers and all educational institutions up to class 12th in the state will remain closed till January 16. Simultaneously, gyms, shopping malls, cinema halls, spa salons, amusement parks, theater auditoriums have all been allowed to open with 50 percent capacity.
