The victim complained to the police about the case. After the case was not filed against the accused, the businessman appealed to the court. On the court’s order, Dehradun city Kotwali has filed a case against the accused couple and many others. According to the police, Avnish Kaushik’s son Shiv Kumar Sharma resident Lohiapuram, MDDA Colony, Tyagi Road Dehradun appealed in the court.
According to the Dehradun City Kotwali Police, after a complaint by Korobari Avnish Kaushik, the court ordered a case under 156 (3) to register a case against Kaushal Kumar son Kamlesh Kumar resident Shivalik Nagar BHEL Haridwar, his wife Sangeeta and driver Ramamurthi Shukla resident Haridwar.
Implicated the businessman in such a trap
According to the city Kotwal, a case has been registered on the orders of the court. Avnish Kaushik told the court that in the year 2019, he met Kaushal Kumar through his friend Ravi, who works in transport. Kaushal Kumar told him that he is from Haridwar.
He owns several factories and is a Minister of State on behalf of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Food. After this, Avneesh Kaushik and Kaushal Kumar met each other for several months.
Avnish Kaushik alleges that Kaushal Kumar told him that he can make him an advisory member on behalf of the Ministry of Consumer Food, Government of India. Assured that he is the Minister of State and has so much power that he can appoint to any post. Avneesh Kaushik got into her deception. He told that biodata, PAN card, Aadhar card, photo and other documents were taken from him.
Accused said expenses of 15 lakhs
For this work, accused Kaushal Kumar told him the cost of about fifteen lakh rupees. According to the police, on 6 January 2020, the receipt was prepared on the letter head of the department after taking five lakh rupees. Avneesh Kaushik told that Kaushal Kumar also introduced many ministers to him. Kaushal Kumar’s wife Sangeeta and driver Ramamurthy also came to his house several times and pressurized him to pay the entire amount under the conspiracy.
Avnish Kaushik told the police that after giving the money, he was told to be in the Department of Finance when asked about the matter of an advisory member in the Ministry of Consumer Food. It was told that till the appeal in the court even the membership was not given nor the money was given back. Avnish Kaushik said that on demand of money, the accused is threatening to register a false case citing his power, threatening him towards Kaushal Kumar.
In this case, the police has registered a case against the accused Kaushal Kumar, his driver and his wife, and started investigating.
