Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh) teacher eligibility test (UPTET) 2021) will be held in two shifts today. Amidst tight security, a total of 21,65,181 candidates will appear in the examination today at the centers set up in all 75 districts of the state. In fact, teams of STF and LIU have been deployed to conduct the re-examination after it was canceled on November 28 due to paper leak. At the same time, candidates will be allowed to enter the centers only half an hour before the commencement of the examination.

According to the information, in view of the increasing infection in the state, the doors of the examination centers will be opened one and a half hours in advance, so that the centers are not crowded and the candidates do not have trouble in going to the examination hall under social distancing. In the examination to be held today, 1291628 candidates are registered for the examination in the first shift from 10 am to 12:30 pm at 2532 centers. Whereas in the second shift from 2:30 pm to 5 pm, 873553 candidates will appear in the upper primary level examination at 1733 centres.
Duty of 423 council teachers for examination inspection
In the UP-TET exam to be held on Sunday, duty of 423 council teachers has been imposed in the district for room inspection in Prayagraj. District Basic Education Officer Praveen Kumar Tiwari said that the Block Education Officers have been instructed to provide the list of teachers to the centers as per the requirement. According to the information, in Prayagraj district, 84017 in 183 centers of the first shift and 59895 candidates will appear in the examination at 132 centers in the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
Rumors of cancellation of exam in social media
At the same time, some chaotic and mischievous elements were falsely propagated about the cancellation of TET regarding the examination to be held today. At the same time, Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi, Secretary of the Office of the Examination Regulatory Authority, which is conducting the examination, reviewed the preparations on Saturday and said that the examination will be conducted properly as per the guidelines of the government from time to time. Candidates are instructed to appear in the examination as per the given instructions.
