Uttar Pradesh: Banda DM seized the rights of two village heads, action taken for working against the government

Till the final inquiry is not completed, a proposal to constitute a committee as per rules has been sought from the Chief Development Officer, District Development Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer to conduct the work of the Gram Sabha.

In Banda, Uttar Pradesh, the DM has seized the rights of the heads of Gram Panchayat Singhpur Gujaini.Gram Pradhan Rights Seized, This action has been taken for acting against the government on the allegation of negligence on both the heads. The DPRO and DDO stated that in both the Gram Panchayats the Steering Committee (Steering Committee) will be sent a proposal for formation. In fact, the temporary cow shelter site of Singhpur Gram Panchayat of Bisanda block was investigated by the Deputy District Magistrate, Development Block Officer, after the investigation was apprised by him. The cows were found in the shelter, which did not have tagging of 32 cows. At the same time, the cows are becoming physically weak, the readers of the village Ram, Siya Shankar etc. told that neither straw is being given to the dynasty nor treatment is being done there.

Similarly, the SDM Block Development Officer inspected the temporary shelter of Gujaini Gram Panchayat of Baberu block, as well as was asked to maintain any arrangement but he refused. In the villages of both the village heads, due to apathy in the development works being done by the heads in the village, the work in the gaushalas could not be done smoothly. In many complaints, the District Development Officer, Deputy District Magistrate Tehsildar all investigated these two villages, in which many shortcomings were found and there was no tolerance in the behavior of the heads. No work was done according to the government.

Financial and administrative rights restricted

Which shows the disobedience of the orders and orders of the district administration, which gives rise to a very unpardonable crime, due to this negligence of the heads, on the allegations, the District Magistrate under Section 95 (1) G of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, under Section 95 (1) G of both the heads. Financial and administrative rights are restricted. Along with this, a proposal has been sought from the Chief Development Officer, District Development Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer for the formation of a committee as per rules to conduct the works of the Gram Sabha till the final inquiry is completed. DPRO DD o Dr Ravi Kishore Trivedi said that a proposal would be sent for the formation of steering committees in both the gram panchayats.
