LJP leader Chirag Paswan said he hoped the BJP would intervene in the dispute and resolve the dispute with uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras to maintain control.

Chirag Paswan on Wednesday tried to approach the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi after he was removed from the post of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief. During the Bihar assembly elections, Chirag Paswan had called himself ‘Hanuman’ of PM Modi. Talking to news agency ANI, LJP leader Chirag Paswan said, “It is not at all true that when ‘Hanuman’ is being killed, then ‘Ram’ (Prime Minister Modi) is silent.”
Chirag Paswan, Lok Sabha MP from Jamui said, “From the time of Satya Yuga till today, it has been seen in Ramayana that Hanuman ji supported Lord Rama at every step. Hanuman walked with Lord Rama at every step. Similarly, at every step, LJP also supported Narendra Modi ji in every small and big decision and stood by him.
‘Full faith in PM Modi’
Chirag Paswan said, “LJP, which stands firmly with BJP on every decision in the form of Hanuman, when the hour of crisis has come today, it is expected that he (BJP) will intervene and try to solve the matter somehow. . However, the silence of the BJP on this matter has hurt me. Still I will say that I have full faith in PM Modi that he will definitely try to resolve this political issue by taking the situation under control and will intervene in this matter.
Chirag said that he hoped the BJP would intervene in the matter and resolve the dispute with uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras to maintain control. Chirag has hit out at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for denying his role in the LJP’s split.
‘My biggest mistake is trusting family members’
Chirag said, “Everybody knows. People know who is behind this controversy. This is not the first time that CM Nitish Kumar has tried to create division in our party. This has always been his strategy. In 2005, when our 29 MLAs won the elections, Nitish Kumar broke our party. He did the work of breaking one of our MLAs who won the assembly elections in 2020. Nitish Kumar’s tradition has always been to break. Then with what mouth are they saying that they have no role in this matter?
When asked the reason for the discord in LJP, Chirag Paswan said, “The single biggest mistake I have made is trusting my family members. The only mistake I made was that I followed my father’s values and trusted my loved ones more. When my own people betrayed me, I should not point fingers at anyone else. Yes, I have made a mistake. I trusted my family members too much.”
