Giving strict instructions, the JNU Administration (JNU) has asked the students to immediately cancel the screening program of the film. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action being taken against them.

A group of students of JNUSU Students’ Union released a pamphlet for the screening of the film ‘Ram Ke Naam’ tonight. A group of students has talked about screening tonight in the Teflas building. But the JNU administration says that such activity can disturb the communal harmony on the campus. Screening of the film may disturb the peace of JNU campus. Actually, no permission has already been taken for the screening of the film. That is why the JNU administration has warned to cancel it immediately.

The JNU Administration (JNU) has advised students who issued pamphlets for the screening of the film ‘Ram Ke Naam’ to cancel the program immediately. He has warned that non-compliance can lead to strict disciplinary action against those responsible as per the rules of the university. Let us tell you that the screening program of the film has been kept in Teflas Building. But the JNU administration has expressed displeasure over this. They say that this unauthorized activity may have spoiled the atmosphere of the campus. Actually, students have not already taken permission for this work (No Permission for Film Screening).

Controversy over film screening in JNU

At the same time, a group of students has given information about screening by distributing pamphlets. Let us tell you that disputes often arise between student organizations in DENU. Left student organizations can create a ruckus at the screening of the film. Due to mutual disputes, the peace of the campus can be disturbed. This is the reason why students have been instructed to cancel the program. Students have not already taken permission for this program.
