Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) today on Tuesday will address the program organized on the golden jubilee of Brahmo Vidyalaya and the 90th anniversary of Shivgiri pilgrimage. According to a statement issued by the PMO, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the inauguration program of the 90th anniversary of the Sivagiri pilgrimage and the Golden Jubilee of Brahmo Vidyalaya at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg on Tuesday (April 26) at 10.30 am. The Sivagiri pilgrimage is organized every year for three days from 30 December to 1 January at Sivagiri in Thiruvananthapuram.
Sivagiri pilgrimage centered on 8 themes

Every year lakhs of devotees from all over the world reach Sivagiri for this pilgrimage. According to Sree Narayana Guru, the purpose of the Sivagiri pilgrimage is to develop a comprehensive understanding among the people and that the pilgrimage should help in their overall development and prosperity. The pilgrimage therefore focuses on eight themes of education, cleanliness, piety, handicrafts, trade and commerce, agriculture, science and technology and organized effort.

Sree Narayana Guru had also envisioned a place to teach the principles of all religions with equal respect and respect. To realize this vision, the Brahma Vidyalaya of Sivagiri was established. The Brahmo Vidyalaya offers a seven-year course on Indian Philosophy including the works of Sree Narayana Guru and texts from all the important religions of the world.
PM Narendra Modi had requested people, especially those associated with Sivagiri Math, to share their views for this program by tweeting on Monday. PM tweeted yesterday, ‘I will address the program related to the Golden Jubilee of Brahm Vidyalaya and 90th anniversary of Shivgiri pilgrimage at 10.30 am tomorrow. I request everyone, especially those associated with Sivagiri Math, to share their views for the program. The Prime Minister also said, ‘I remember my visits to the Math in 2013 and 2015.’
