When, despite being overpopulated, Mumbai can succeed in doing this, then why not Delhi? Delhi needs 700 metric oxygen, but only 550 metric tons is being supplied. According to the demand, the Supreme Court gave instructions to the Central Government to tell when and how oxygen will be available to Delhi till 10:30 AM tomorrow.
Delhi adopts BMC oxygen delivery methods

We have to guess the oxygen requirements, then we supply oxygen accordingly. On this, the court said that it is not a scientific method to calculate the need of oxygen per bed. Gain experience from BMC as to how they have adopted the system of oxygen delivery.
