Meanwhile, the CBI team has reached Mumbai and information has been received that Anil Deshmukh and the state government have started preparing to go to the Supreme Court.
Now BJP’s Maharashtra unit vice-president Kirit Somaiya has alleged that Anil Deshmukh should clearly state that he had ordered recovery at the behest of Sharad Pawar and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Talking to NewsNCR Digital, Kirit Somaiya has said that what Paramin Singh did to Sachin Waje, Anil Deshmukh should also do the same. He said that Sachin Waje clarified that he was working for the recovery gang. Parambir Singh has also written clearly that the recovery gang was active on the instructions of Anil Deshmukh. Anil Deshmukh was not doing this work alone, it has become clear that Shiv Sena leader and cabinet minister Anil Parab was repeatedly instructing him. That is, this recovery was not done alone, Anil Parab was working as the handler of the Chief Minister’s office. Recovery was being made under the knowledge of Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray and with his blessings. Then Sharad Pawar tried to save Anil Deshmukh.

CBI reached Mumbai, Deshmukh went to Delhi
Meanwhile, the CBI team has reached Mumbai and is preparing to start the investigation. Here, Anil Deshmukh is also going to the Supreme Court to challenge the order of the High Court to give an inquiry into the recovery case to the CBI. According to the information received, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi will advocate Anil Deshmukh and Kapil Sibal will advocate the state government. Anil Deshmukh went to Delhi yesterday soon after the High Court verdict. There he had an discussion with Abhishek Manu Singhvi for one hour.
Sensing a hint of the Thackeray government going to the Supreme Court, lawyer Jayashree Patil, who filed a petition against the recovery case, has filed a CAVEAT. The filing of a caveat gives the party a chance to fully present its point of view in future hearings.
