Rohtas DM has taken action against an Anganwadi worker in the case of fraudulent work and taking honorarium. After removing the servant from work, the DM has ordered the recovery of Rs 3 lakh 44 thousand 526 from her.
DM Dharmendra Kumar has taken strict action on the complaint of disturbances in the child development project in Rohtas. After investigation, the DM has suspended the clerk of Child Development Project Officer’s office, Sanjhauli, Amarnath Ojha with immediate effect. Action has been taken against clerk Amarnath Ojha for not giving the charge of Nazarat of Child Development Project Office Suryapura and Bikramganj and negligence in work. There has also been a complaint of corruption against Amarnath Ojha.
Along with this, DM Rohtas has also taken action against an Anganwadi worker in the case of fraudulent work and taking honorarium. The Anganwadi worker has been removed from work.
3 lakh 44 thousand will be recovered from the servant
In the matter, Rohtas DPRO said that a case of fraudulent work and honorarium had come to the fore against Anganwadi center worker Kanta Kumari. On investigation the allegation was found to be true. After this, an auction letter has been filed by Child Development Project Officer Sasaram Sadar for recovery of honorarium of Rs 3 lakh 44 thousand 526 taken by Kanta Kumari.

Rohtas DM Dharmendra Kumar is known for his strict action and working style. On Wednesday, he reached a village to check the tap water scheme, where he climbed a 30 feet high tank to check the water pressure and take stock of the cleanliness. After this, he checked the water pressure by running the motor there. In fact, he was getting frequent complaints of disturbances in the Naljal scheme, after which he reached Harivanshpur Panchayat of Dinara in the district.
Also active for sports and fitness
After getting down from the tower, the DM roamed the streets in the village and inquired about the status of other schemes including the tap-water scheme. In this regard, he said that on Wednesday, the entire district administration is reviewing the various schemes of the government going on in Dinara block and all the schemes are being investigated by visiting the site. 2013 batch IAS officer Dharmendra Kumar is also active for sports and fitness. Along with this, he is also taking continuous action against those who are lax in work.
