RJD candidate filed nomination
RJD candidates Misa Bharti and Fayyaz Ahmed filed their nominations for the Rajya Sabha elections. During this, Lalu Prasad was also present there. Lalu Prasad reached the Bihar assembly after years.
Rajya Sabha in Bihar (Rajya Sabha elections) Elections are to be held on five seats. Regarding this, both the RJD candidates filed their nominations today. On Friday, in the presence of Lalu Prasad, RJD candidates Misa Bharti and Fayaz Ahmed (Fayaz Ahmad) filed their nominations. During this, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav and Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav were also present. Elections for five seats in Bihar are to be held on June 10. The members of Bihar whose term is expiring include Union Minister RCP Singh, RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s daughter Misa Bharti, Gopal Narayan Singh, Satish Chandra Dubey and Sharad Yadav. Between June 21 and August 1, 2022, all of them were term expires
RJD has expressed confidence in Misa Bharti Fayed Ahmed regarding the Rajya Sabha elections. Fayaz Ahmed is one of the few RJD leaders in whose name there will be no opposition in RJD. Fayaz Ahmed has been a two-time MLA from Bifi Vidhan Sabha of Madhubani. He defeated BJP’s firebrand leader Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul in 2010 and 2015. After this, in 2020, he was defeated by Bachaul.

After filing nomination, RJD candidate Fayaz Ahmed said- “I am very thankful. Lalu Prasad Yadav ji and Tejashwi Yadav ji. I didn’t even know, I got a call the day after and I was called to the house. We met, Lalu Prasad Yadav ji blessed me. It was great that today Lalu Prasad Yadav ji himself reached my nomination and blessed me.
Fayaz is the popular face of RJD
Fayaz Ahmed is counted among the educated leaders of RJD. He is M.A. and Ph.D. Fayaz Ahmed, with a strong economic background, runs a medical college and a B.Ed college in Madhubani. He is a popular and disciplined face of RJD. Fayaz Ahmed is the owner of property worth about 10 crores.
