In a village in Alwar, Rajasthan, a young man who failed to rape a girl broke the girl’s eye. The victim has been admitted to Jaipur Hospital in critical condition, where she is undergoing treatment. The victim’s father had lodged a case of rape against the accused 7 days ago. The incident happened on Friday night.
In the information given by the family to the police (Rajasthan Police), the victim’s mother said that the accused Hari Om (21) of Haryana resident was found in the bus while coming from Palwal about a year ago. Talking on the bus. Then he had taken the mobile number. After that he started talking to the girl. Once he took the girl with him on some pretext. In an outside hotel, he raped her by making her drink intoxicants. The accused youth also made a video of it, then repeatedly pressurized the girl to call the desired place. When the girl refused, he started threatening to kill her younger brother. The family told that this had happened many times.
Police did not register a case on first information, still no action
According to family members, the accused youth used to threaten to make the girl viral by sending obscene videos of rape on mobile. Later the family came to know about this. After this the family members gave a complaint to the police. Relatives say that in the first instance, the Naugaon police did not register a case. After this the report was filed through Istgasa. The family members have also met the higher officials of the police. So far no action has been taken in this matter.
