Under this law, disturbance in the recruitment examination will be included in the category of non-bailable offence. At the same time, the punishment in this case will be increased from 3 years to 7 years. The government will soon bring an ordinance for this law. The Gehlot government is going to take this step to prevent the disturbances in the recruitment exam.
CM Ashok Gehlot held a review meeting of the Home Department in this matter today. During this important decisions related to the recruitment process were taken. Use of unfair means in the exam will also come under the category of crime. This will be a non-bailable offense (Paper Leak Non-Bailable Offence). Along with this, the CM has instructed all the officers that strict action should be taken against those involved in the recruitment examinations to be held in the future. It has also been said that if any government employee is found guilty in the case of paper leak or setting up a frozen candidate, then he should be dismissed from his job.
Consideration of strict law in recruitment exam disturbance case
CM Gehlot says that if any private education institute is found involved in paper leak, copying or related matters, then its recognition will be terminated. In fact, Upen Yadav, the leader of the unemployed federation, is sitting on a fast unto death for all these demands. Now the government is also making the law more strict in this matter. Let us inform that the mastermind of Rajasthan REET paper leak, Battilal Meena and Shiva were arrested by the SOG team from Kedarnath in Uttarakhand. When Battilal was returning after visiting the temple, he was caught.

After which the team took him from Uttarakhand to Jaipur on last Monday. During the interrogation of SOG, he had also given information about three other accused related to the paper leak case. After which the team arrested these three accused related to this case from Agra. It has been found in the investigation that all these three had given the paper to Battilal. SOG has so far arrested 19 people in this case.
