So far, 700 cases of black fungus have been found in Rajasthan. Today’s cabinet meeting will also discuss the restrictions of COVID management and lockdown, as well as a new strategy regarding Black fungus is also likely to be discussed.
Reduced cases but black fungus is a big risk

Experts want the lockdown to increase
The government advisors have suggested that the lockdown be extended to May 31. However, in some cases exemption can also be given in this lockdown. There is a ban on MNREGA works in rural areas from May 10, although MLAs are constantly demanding to get it started. Multiple discounts possible
Apart from MNREGA, the time for agricultural inputs and equipment-linked outlets can be increased. Farmers are preparing the fields for the preparation of kharif sowing, in such a situation it has become necessary to open shops related to manure, seeds, agricultural implements and their maintenance. Apart from this, the time of shops related to grocery and food items can be increased in the new guideline. At present, these shops are allowed to open only 5 days a week from 6 to 11 am, this can be done till 6 pm.
