Rajasthan: After the center, the Gehlot government gave good news to the state employees, DA increased by 3 percent

Central government (Central Government) on Wednesday raised dearness allowance (Dearness allowance Hike) announced an increase. After this the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot (CM Ashok Gehlot) also state employees (Rajasthan State Employees) gave the good news. The CM on Wednesday approved a three percent increase in the rate of dearness allowance of state employees and dearness relief payable to pensioners on the lines of central government employees. According to a government spokesperson, now 34 percent dearness allowance and dearness relief rate will be payable to state employees and pensioners from January 1, 2022. Earlier, 31 percent dearness allowance and dearness relief rate were being given to state employees and pensioners.

The benefit of this decision of the Gehlot government will be available to four lakh 40 thousand pensioners along with about eight lakh officers-employees receiving salary on the basis of Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Salary) Rules-2017. Apart from the state employees, employees of Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad will also get this benefit. Chief Minister Gehlot tweeted and wrote that in line with the central government employees, the rate of dearness allowance of state employees and dearness relief payable to pensioners has been approved by three percent.

It will be paid in cash from the salary of April, 2022

Now 34 percent dearness allowance and dearness relief rate will be payable to state employees and pensioners from January 1, 2022. Accordingly, the amount of increased dearness allowance of the employees from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022 will be deposited in their General Provident Fund, General Provident Fund-2004 or General Provident Fund-SAB account. It will be paid in cash from the salary of April, 2022. It is noteworthy that the central government on Wednesday announced an increase in dearness allowance. After this, the Chief Minister has also decided to increase the rate of dearness allowance of state employees by three percent with immediate effect. The state government will bear the financial burden of about Rs 1435 crore annually on this increase. On behalf of the Gehlot government, big decisions are being taken continuously by the employees. This creates a wave of happiness among the employees.
