Actually, this call was not actually from Chhota Shakeel, but with the help of a software, the voice of Chhota Shakeel was extracted. VPN was used to make this call sound. Punmiya took the help of cyber experts to take care that no one is aware of this.
The charge sheet is going to be filed soon in this case. The investigation of this matter is being done by the CID. The statement of cyber expert has been recorded in this case. In this whole process, a new twist has come in this recovery case with the accused and suspects taking the help of cyber experts to capitalize on the name and voice of Chhota Shakeel.
Conspiracy to tell businessman close to Chhota Shakeel
In the CID investigation, it has been found that the accused had used a special software to make the phone call sound similar to that of Chhota Shakeel. This phone call has been made on behalf of Aggarwal to Punmiya, it was felt that. This was being done to prove that Aggarwal had a close relationship with Chhota Shakeel.
Case was registered on the complaint of the trader
A case was registered against Parambir Singh, Sanjay Punmiya, builder Sunil Jain, two ACP rank officers, a DCP and two police inspectors after Shyam Sundar Agarwal lodged a complaint. Punmiya and Jain were also arrested by the Marine Drive Police of Mumbai in this case. SIT was formed to investigate this matter properly. Later the matter was handed over to the CID. After this, the CID also arrested police inspectors Nandkumar Gopale and Asha Korke.
‘Parambir Singh was threatening to recover 50 lakhs’
Trader Shyam Sundar Agarwal had said in his complaint that Parambir Singh and his men are conspiring to implicate him under MCOCA. Aggarwal has also alleged that he is being pressurized to recover Rs 50 lakh and also to name the property. After Parambir Singh’s replacement in the Antilia case, Agarwal had also complained to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and the Home Minister about Singh.
