Where can I get e-KYC done?
Ratnu said that for this, the beneficiary farmers will have to go to the E-Mitra center and complete the e-KYC verification through biometric system through Aadhaar card. The fee for e-KYC at all e-Mitra centers has been fixed at Rs 15 per beneficiary (including taxes). Farmers will get the benefit of the installment coming in this scheme only after the completion of e-KYC.

This increased the financial burden on the government. But, as soon as e-KYC is made mandatory, now fake farmers will be identified. In such a situation, he will be excluded from the PM Kisan list.
Earlier, the central government had released 21 thousand crore rupees for the 11th instalment. Then money was transferred to the accounts of 10 crore farmers. On the other hand, as soon as e-KYC was made mandatory, the number of fake farmers decreased considerably. In Uttar Pradesh alone, the names of 21 lakh fake farmers were struck off. At the same time, even husband and wife cannot take advantage of the PM Kisan Yojana together. If caught doing so, they will be declared fake. Along with this, money will also be taken back from them.
